Classic boats to make a return

Passion for wooden boats was the subject of the TV program Thalassa, broadcast on TV3-Television of Catalonia in 2011. The TV show focused on Roc Pujol, manager of Classicmar, who explained all the professional activity and recreational moments around the Classics.

Our philosophy is well expressed in Damià Ribas' (owner of the vessel Alba) words: "Keeping in touch with nautical history, feeling that I can get the most of this boat for a season during 10, 20, 30 years... 60 years even! But the boat is not mine. I'm enjoying a piece of history and my responsability is to convey this to someone else so that the vessel can live much many years than me, which is very satisfying".
